Below are steps to resolve the roaming issue.


1) On the client delete the roaming XML from C:\ProgramData\CAMBRIO\GibbsCAM\LicenseData\250.0
2) On the client there could be roaming license files in the C:\ProgramData\Reprise. Delete all files except the rlminfo.5053
3) On the client, make sure the NLO start up file is set to 0. Located C:\ProgramData\CAMBRIO\GibbsCAM\25.0.41
4) On the server delete all files expect the rlm.info.5053 and the rlmlock file. C:\ProgramData\Reprise
5) On the server reset the services and the stuck roaming license should be released.
